One lady at the desk was impolite tonight and didnt check the items as they were missing one item to for us to collect and then she misbehaved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has a Fair collection of furniture and gift items BUT a very arrogant and rude Lebanese male store Manager with poor social and commercial interaction skills. Although I bought some items but I left the shop very dissatisfied with the staff's rude behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store have decent beautiful modern collection of furniture and the price is acceptable compared to B Design. Unfortunately even with the big number of employees in the store. mostly are sitting on their desks and not attendant. you will have to look for someone in order to get info or details about any piece. assistance is minimal compared to other stores. after all of that I end up buying 2 pieces from them. first piece took 4 months to arrive "from beyond the border", and the second took 20 days to arrive "local transfer". both items arrived damaged. a finger smudge on the paint and missing base support for a heavy TV table. extremely disappointing experience and would never want to go through it again
