Very bad Coffie, and the staff is very annoying by playing with mobile phones. I will never come again!!!

He has the most beautiful mocha I have ever tasted ☕

It was my first time there, drove to the drive through just to find out that that it’s temporary out of service, so I had to carefully beach out in semi circle narrow drive way, the a nice and polite barista approach my car to take my order, I ordered a Mocachinno a.k.a Café Mocha, he came after a few minutes with a piping hot drink that is definitely not for immediate consumption, I was charged 21 Riyals which is relatively more expensive than the average price for the same drink, I have also noticed that the Led/Cup were not locking and I was was holding the drink with both hands to avoid spelling the drink on me and the car seat. I started driving very carefully because of the temperature and the malfunctioning led/cup, and I though this has to be the end of a truly mediocre customer experience just to find out I was served a latte with no chocolate what so ever, went back and had to convince the ill informed barista wanna be that a Mochaccino must have a chocolate component in it by definition, he tried to rebuttal by telling that they have two types of Mochacchino, white and dark and I must Specify which one do I want when I place my order, of co course the dark is the chocolate one. So I was like “nice try buddy, but buying it”. So he leaves for a few Minutes and come back, and I was really forward to have the proper drink, so I go for the first sip only to realize that I spelled about a Quarter of that drink on my clothes and burned my skin, because it tuned out that all the led/cups have the same issues, I just can’t believe that no body from the staff picked up on this and didn’t bother to make a comment and tried to fix it so I went to same guy and told him he can keep the drink, the fit took it without offering a refund, replacement, not even a refund. Who run this place? And seriously why get into the hospitality business if your common sense regarding the industry is next to both, I’m attaching some picture for you to better understand we’re I’m coming from.

Nice place. Good location, alright coffee, on the pricier side. Decent place to study, although not the best.
