★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware new opening hours. It's opening at 2:30pm Saturday. I went there at 10:00 am this morning to buy something and despite the sign saying open 10:00 am this is not the case

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a funny place. They have some great collection but the customer service is awful. Most of the sales staff were just sitting in a corner, chatting, laughing and making merry...especially in the furniture section. They are indeed lucky to be in such a comfortable job... ?. And also no one knows English either and they rather tell it dismissively. So you have to help yourself.

I had not one but two different experiences on two occasions where Ms. Huda helped me and sorted things like no one else. I recommend visiting HomeBox and reach out Mrs. Huda if you face any difficulty.

Abeer Ali is one of the amazing employees who helped me since I walked inside the store until I finished my transaction, she was very honest in answering my questions regarding furnitures and very helpful in picking the best piece to be purchased.
