Everything is terrible,
Prices are expensive, you get your car dirty and smells like something died in it.
Staff are not friendly.
Don't buy Genesis or Hyundai, run away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today for my Car Service. There was no Power Supply and they are not taking car for service. Worst Customer Service. Hyundai will lost their customers due to this type of service. Even they don’t have Emergency Power Supply like Generator. Total waste of time. They have improve more branches in the city limit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service centre is very poor. It is very busy and the customer service is really bad. They tell you they will close from 12-1 everyday but they actually close earlier. They make you wait endlessly and give false information. Only 1 staff member speaks English, which makes it very difficult to communicate. Very disappointed and will never be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is less than one star, I will give it that. The manager Basher is one of the worst people you will ever meet. I do not know a big company like Hyundai or Wallan make people like him a manager. I was disrespected by him. He yelled at me like I was nothing. As a manager, they should know how to keep customer satisfied. But this guy, he does not care about anything. What he cares is about his charisma and Wastah or connection. A good manager will take responsibility of his employees actions. instead, he start blaming you and never ever tried to make up for his mistakes. In my opinion, Wallah has a real corrupted management. Without Mr. Naif, the technician guy, I would never come back to this disrespectful place.

No professionalism at all…they treat customers as though they doing something for free.
Very costly maintenance prices as well and no proper service.
Please do maintain your standards.
Hyundai has it’s name and don’t ruin it with such unprofessional staffs.
