And honestly my experience was not pleasant and still is not pleasant regarding the accidents departments. I hope they look into it, otherwise you are losing long term customers.

It took us 1 month processing and end up rejecting our carloan because the agent name Fayez dont even know that they have policy that my wife can't approve our request if she dont have the driving license. He wasted our time, money and effort..

As loyal customer, having trust in Nissan, bought Pathfinder 2013 in KSA. Realized that this model specifically have unfixable CVT issue. It is responsibility of Nissan to fix its faulty part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady in the customer sales was very helpful, she arranged a test drive for me quickly at morning. In the meanwhile afterwords when I discussed some specifications of the car with her, she became little rude, maybe because patrol platinum is such a hot cake and usually sales don't need to put any efforts to sell such a car, whereas I am not very comfortable moving from german ride back to Japanese, I don't think I would anymore.
