โ โ โ โ โ Very low service. Rude workers and zero professionalism. Even no line to complain. Customer service is not even bad it just doesnโt exist at all. They donโt care you paid for express shipping they will still send your pack with carrier pigeons. And no they donโt know how to find your complete address in maps and just deliver. They will say not enough info. Though my address and complete and official. And as you see no one cares even to respond to unsatisfied clients who are a lot here. So avoid this โserviceโ as much as you can

I think this is the worst company of all
staff literally lies to you about your shipment.
and then set your shipment to couldn't find your location. based on the driver request who literally was at my door but came in a time I wasn't there. and I told him give me anytime and I will be there.
never faced such problems with any company
this company is a joke.

Till now no call no shipment received !
I decided that I wonโt let this issue disturb my good mood. ??โโ๏ธso I canceled the online purchase from Lazurde and I am going to purchase from the Lazurde store ??โ?.
