★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even think off going for their service, its worst and their employee are not at all helpful, for air cargo took more than two month, charges are also high, cargo still not delivered.

Staff is really nice to me + impressive packing and Good delivery service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I sent my cargo 3 months ago and not reached. They promised that it will reach within 2 months. When I asked for the updates they say still stuck in customs which I don't believe. Their office too is closed. Sometimes they don't answer as well. My advice not to choose this cargo services.
After 3 month I recieved cargo and 90% of glass items damaged even though it is bubble packed. Cargo persons not put any fragile stickers on the cartoons. When I asked they said not responsible.
My advice not to send any cargo through them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this service for sending cargo for more than 5 times, to Pakistan. I trusted them that all my items are safely sent and looked after, as i packed them myself in a very careful manner, glass items in bubblewrap and foams, well padded, my decoration items also well padded, with Fragile stickers on all concerned cartoons, with word of caution, however after deleivery, some of these cartoons are torn, when i open, i find my own packing and ropes are gone, as if they are opened and packed again, my glass and dishes items are more than 90%,broken,even my brass and silver decoration pieces broken, some of my shoe pairs missing other pairs not complete and replaced by a old undersized torn off old shoes, my documents briefcase torn, my electronics opened, still looking into things, what come next??
Horrible, only one cartoon has a sticker that custom checked, others no such sticker, so where and when and who open and stole??
Higly unreliable, re consider other options. I am thinking to report this to the govenness concerned for their review and necessary action. They need to be reported to Saudi Arabian and Pakistan authorities for necessary action.
Having written this review, i tried to submit my complaint to the said company, it was shocking that the city link cargo do not have any means ti give feedback ir register complaint, i tried calling the Pakistan rawalpindi branch, they never responded, i tried calling Riyadg their agent Babu, he has removed my number, not reachable, no one cares in this company even for reviews or complaint, they do not care about their clients, i will persue KSA govt portal to lodge the complaint, advisd this company not dependable.
