موقع المخيم في منى سيء جدا جاي بين شارعين انواع الازعاج وضيق جدا ، الاكل متوسط الجودة ، لا يقومون بالذهاب بنا للحرم الا في طواف الوداع فقط ، الماء والمشروبات جيده ، الحكامات رائحتها كريحه وقويه
The price is high and the services are medium

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حجيت معهم عام ١٤٣٠ وكانت حملة رائعة بكل ماتحملة الكلمة من معنى الله يجزاهم خير ويوفقهم دنيا واخره

اسوا تفويج يمكن تشوفه في حياتك عندهم تخيل عدد الي معهم لوحات لا يتجاوزون 5 اشخاص وكل الناس مضيعه والحملات الثانيه كل ماتمشي تشوف ناس معهم لوحه ويوجهونك عددهم 20 الي30
العوده من الساعه 2 الليل الين 9 الصبح ونص في المطار لا حطونا في استراحه او قاعه افراح نريح من تعب السعي والطواف 7 ساعات منطق في المطار..!
حمله لا تهتم بالحاج للاسف

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موقع المخيم ممتاز مخيمات جيدة جدا يعيبها التزاحم اعتقد بناء على تعليمات وزارة الحج على حسب كلام القائمين على الحملة. الاعاشة ممتازة جدا جدا جدا. يوجد نشاطات وفعاليات في وقت الفراغ.
مخيمهم فئة أ١ المسجد فيه صغير.
ملاحظتي عليهم كانت في تنظيم الخروج من عرفة الى مزدلفة وايضا موقعهم في مزدلفة بعيد نوعا ما عن القطار لا اعلم ان كان موقع دائم او يختلف كل سنة.

Their camp, Class A1, the mosque is small.
My observation on them was in organizing the exit from Arafah to Muzdalifah, as well as their location in Muzdalifah, somewhat far from the train.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ماشاءالله حججنا معهم هذه السنة1439، حملة مميزة بموقعها- بمنى وعرفات وهي الأهم - وبكل ما يمكن ان تجده في الحملات الأفضل، وهذا بفضل الله أولاً وتوفيقه ثم مشرفيه وعماله وكامل طاقم العمل... والبعض يرى التأخير وبعض أخطأ التفويج هو سبب رئيسي وهذا اراه ليس بقدرتهم ، لايمكنك ان تجد حملة مكتملة خاصة في مسألة التفويج فهذا خارج عن طاقتهم، لأسباب كثيرة منها عدم تقيد الحملات الأخرى بوقت التفويج فيسبب تأخر للحملات الأخرى... وأما أوقات تحركات الحملة فكانوا يحرصون على تطبيق السنة في التنقلات بين المشاعر والكثير غفل عنا هذا، ويرى انه تأخر وتقصير من الحملة.
ايجابيتها:
1- القرب من الجمرات في منى
2-قرب مخيم عرفات من محطة القطارة
2- خدمات الغذائية متوفرة دائم مع مشروبات غذائية
3- توفر المرشدين من بداية دخولك معهم في المطار إلى روجعك له والشيخ المشرف على الحملة دائم بخدمتهم المتميزة
- وغيرها لم يحظرني
سلبياتها:
1- السعر مرتفع قليلا عن الخدمة المقدمة.
2- لايوجد توصيل لمكة لمن اراد التمتع بالعمرة قبل الحج
3- ضيق المصلى في منى.
4- بعد مكان الراحة في مزدلفة والفرش المقدمة ليست جيدة.
5- التكييف في منى حار لست متأكد مقارنة بغيره لأني اسمع اغلب الحملات (المخيمات) تعاني نفس المشكلة ماعدا الابراج
وفي الأخير هذا حج لا ترفيه فيه ولاراحة فلتصبر قليلاً ولترتح كثيراً بعدها في الدنيا وفي الجنة ان شاء الله مع أصحاب الجنة

Cons:
1. The price is slightly higher than the service provided.
2 - There is no connection to Mecca for those who wanted to enjoy Umrah before the Hajj
3 - Narrow prayer in Mina.
4- After the place of rest in Muzdalifah and the mattresses provided are not good.
5 - Air conditioning in Mina Hot I am not sure compared to others because I hear most campaigns (camps) suffer the same problem except towers
In the end, this is a pilgrimage in which there is no entertainment, and for the rest, let us be patient, and to be much more open in this world and in Paradise, God willing, with the owners of Paradise
