 Great trip, the bus was excellent. The hotel was clean and close to the Haram. Also, the behavior of the supervisors was very excellent

Excellent campaign. I did Umrah with them in a hotel close to the Haram..just ask them to take care of the bus, to stay away, especially from the Chinese buses, trudge the head

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نجمة وحدة كثيرة، تنظيم سيء و فندق من اسوء الفنادق جالس نص يوم بدون غرفه بعد تعب العمرة و عدم تجاوب من المسؤولين. اضطريت احجز فندق ثاني ورجعت طيارة من سوء الحملة وسعر الحملة مبالغ فيه جداً مقابل الخدمة السيئة.
A lot of loneliness, bad organization and one of the worst hotels, sitting half a day without a room after the fatigue of Umrah and the lack of response from the officials. I had to book a second hotel and returned a plane because of the bad campaign, and the campaign price is very exaggerated in exchange for the bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الحمد لله ان وفقنا الله لاداء العمرة مع قافلة الايمان وبفضل الله كانت الرحلة جميله وحلوه مع خواتي ام خالد وبناتها وولدهم نواف وام محمد وولدها محمد وولداخوي مطلق
وتميزت بحسن النظام والمصداقية في كل ما وعدونا بة إضافة الي طيب المعاملة من الاخ محمد والذي حرص على اتمام النظام وراحة المعتمرين والفندق كان جدا جميل ونظيف وجديد صراحه انبسطنا ياربي لك الحمد وان شاءالله لنا روحه ثانيه باذن الله اشكركم من كل قلبي ????????
Praise be to God, that God helped us to perform Umrah with the convoy of faith, and thanks to God, the trip was beautiful and sweet with my sisters Umm Khaled and her daughters and their son Nawaf and Umm Muhammad and her son Muhammad and my son Mutlaq
It was distinguished by good order and credibility in everything they promised us, in addition to the good treatment of brother Muhammad, who was keen to complete the order and comfort the pilgrims. The hotel was very beautiful, clean, and new. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الحمدلله اعتمرنا وكانت رحله موفقه لو لا تأخر الباص ف الذهاب لمكه والوصول مررره تأخرنا . ..لكن نشكر القائمين ع الباص كانت روحهم طيبه ومتقبله ....والفندق جميييل جدا خدمه روعه والباصات متوفره بشكل دائم .. ماريوت
