★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ناس محترمة جدا و عمل منظم لكن الفندق المتعاقدين عليه في مكة دون المستوى المتوقع مع بعده عن الحرم لكن توجد باصات خاصة بالفندق
 Very respectable people and organized work, but the contracted hotel in Makkah is below the expected standard with its distance from the Haram, but there are private buses in the hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Went for Hajj this year.. as per my observation..(communication method is arabic and their English is not good)
1. Bus boys: are not helpful and always angry and moody if you request something.
2. Camp location: in Mina is very far.. i.e Distance between Mina to JAMRAT is 3.5 km from one side. There is no train or bus available so you need to walk all the way.
3. AC : Most of AC's are not cooling well.
4.FOOD: You have to wait in lines for minimum 1 hour. As there is only one buffet for 1200 persons. Sometimes food is cold.
5.. On the night of 9th zulhija: they will not let you stay in Muzdalfa till Fajar prayer. Buses will move at 1.30 am to Mina camp. So you have to stay on your own till you offer fajar prayer.
6. For tawaf e ifada: there is no bus available on 10 Zulhijja and you have to go on your own to Makkah. Buses will go on 11 Zulhijja for twafe ifada.
I hope they will improve their services for the money they take..!!!
