If you want your issues addressed for ANYTHING related to traffic dept. this is not the place you should even consider once!! Pathetic!
I'd went to this branch 3 times for my istimara renewal but this place is so unfunctional that even being so much patient didn't work out. At last I had to visit other branch where it took me 10 minutes to get the istimara renewed.
The one star rating is for them being impartial. It didn't mattered to them if you are local or expat. Their behavior was same for all. RUDE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is sulai maroor (traffic), the idle place for office people who don't have much time to wait for maroor services as below:
- Istemara (vehicles registration card print), it takes hardly 5 mints.
- The staff are gentleman
- Accident reports
- No parking issue
- It is located opposite to Extra Electronics
- Fast service.
