★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got istemara in 5 min.. Very cooperative staff.. Mandatory Absher appoinment. Though you dont have the police station in list of appointment , just book with any murror and go straight to Malaz , In sha Allah..
Update: 17/03/2021
No need to visit Muroor if you have istemara card with no expiry date and you have just renewed through absher, happened to my friend who was using same car since 5 years , he renewed and went for new card printing, he was sent back saying the card you have is sufficient.
So printing will be done or required only if u have purchased a new car or got transferred a car on your name and you don't have the physical card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited here on 18th may 2021 to get my istemara print ,the process was so easy that I could get it within 5 mins ,
First of all u need to book appointment in absher (take any of the muroor branch because this branch is not listed in absher ) and go to here ,for the istemara you need to go to the right side office building (there are two separate offices in total) and just say that you need the printout of the istemara to the officer in counter so that they will just ask your vehicle brand and model and after that show your iqama to them and he will print it very soon

Make appointment in absher through google chrome. Select “ruksa seer” (take help from some rabic guy, select police station sharqi.

I came with an appointment just to wait in line behind 60 people with only 1 officer working at desk.
No numbering system also, people are using seats to identify who's next.
Unfriendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Went here for Istimara Card printing. Book an appointment in Absher & go if not Gate keeper won't let you in.
- go to right side entrance after went through the gate ( not the entrance straight to the gate)
- Just took 5 mts to collect the card.
- Better to take print out of your digital Istimara and go which will be helpful for both parties.
