★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 07th Nov 2019: Came in as the gate opened at 5:40 PM after prayer timing. Submitted my istimara copy for obtaining Istimara card. Within 5 min, my name was called. Collected the card and was out by 5:45 PM. Efficient process. Google showed that the office closes at 2 PM but that's incorrect, it closes at 9 PM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish i could give -- 5 stars. No doubt the place was clean & well build but unfortunately the staff is not trained to organize it effectively.
Out of 8 counters, only 2 operates. Extremely rude policemen sitting at windows who treat people like animals.

They send you in 3 different offices in 3 different corners of the city for no reasons, with very rude manners.
Far away from any sort of civilization.
You must pay 50 sar tips to a local guy to obtain any information or service.
And this is run by police!!
Again: unbelievable!!
