And when I booked an appointment for a work test they were 45 minutes late to come !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to do some tests, they did not ask me if I was fasting as apparently results will be skewed if you're not.
Additionally the waiting time is unjustified; 30 mins to get my blood drawn!
It's been two days since my visit, I have reached out to them twice to inquire about the results but they are not responding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience, i was travelling for work. I got them scheduled from my hotel. The guy came took 600 SAR for a pcr test that was way too much already. I asked to give receipt to which he replied that he will send on whatsapp with the report. I got the report but no receipt. I had to get the receipt reimbursed from my company which i cant do now. Even after dropping several messages its been 1 month, he reads the message but never responds.
