H	Hesham Elgohary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل افراد الحرس من امن الحرم المكى وبعض المطوعيين ممن يقفون على بوابات الدخول شديدى السوء فى المعاملة.وللاسف تتكرر الاساءة والقسوة فى التعامل والتعالى على ضيوف الرحمن من مصليين ومعتمريين تكبدوا المشقة من اجل دقائق معدودة يدعون ويصلون فيها.لا يوجد احترام ولا تقدير ولا ترحاب ولكن قسوة رفض وتعامل مع المصليين .طريقة اصدار الاوامر والرفض لا ترقى لبيت الله الحرام ولا حتى لمساجين. أخر هذه المواقف:رفض فرد الامن دخولى بتصريح صلاة الفجر سارى قبل الصلاة ب ٣ ساعات بل ونهرنى وتعجب لماذا جئت مبكرا.وكان جوابه انه يمكننى ان ادخل قبل الصلاة بساعه فقط.واخر لا يدرى ما الفرق بين الاذان الاول والثانى ومواقيتهم لصلاة الفجر. السادة الافاضل: نرجوا وبشدة تأهيل الحرس ومن معهم للتعامل مع ضيوف الرحمن وجعل وسيلة مراقبة ومتابعه دقيقة لهم.فى اخر حجة لى قام احد الحرس بضرب احد المصليين برجله لانه كان يستند على ضهره من اثر التعب !! السادة الافاضل ادارة الحرم ارجو تفضلا منكم اشعار ضيوف الرحمن بالترحاب وبالاحترام والتقدير.ماجئنا طلبا لمال ولكن لدقائق معدودة نتقرب فيها الى الله.
