I booked 2 appointments and the receptionist put 5 girls in front of me and told me to wait at least 3 hours!!!
I don’t get why do you have a site for appointments if you’re not going to keep them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad costumer service . The nails one bigger then the other. I did French nail and the white on the edge of the nail is not all the same size. I do not recommend this salon at all. The ladies talking in tagalo all the time between them. The nail art that they offer is a mistake because you pay one price and then they have only 3 to 4 choices if you want something else you have to pay more. Not a pleasant salon at all if you want to relax due to the fact you have to check what they are doing constantly otherwise they jump some steps and you will end up with nails with different sizes like I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who was doing my nails seemed like she had somewhere else to go, very rough and quick service, she was rushing to finish everything. I liked that they played soothing music but the atmosphere was very chaotic as employees’ phones constantly rang and they would pause the service and pick up their calls first, sometimes even video chats.
They appeared to be overbooked due to disorganized scheduling.
Overall people were friendly but unprofessional, I won’t return and don’t recommend.
