★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst salon ever. i asked for a grey ombrè, they gave me this ugly dip-dye orange color. they dont know what theyre doing. the place is really quiet and dead and theyre so slow. i hope they read this. اخيس سالون قد رحتله.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miserable staff clearly unhappy, unappealing decor (also pictures on the wall used illegally as brand name is covered with tape).
Most importantly poor customer service and no change available for when you pay cash, and no ApplePay option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a cute hair, manicure and pedicure place. They go by appointment only. Nice girls. If u have a layered hair or not the same old all one length hair, their hairstylist may not do the best job styling your hair. I had to take the dryer and fix my bangs so I wont leave the salon with my bangs standing up!! I usually go home and fix it to my satisfaction. She can dry it straight but has a hard time making the bangs work. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a quite calm place , you can have fast service if you are busy.
Their staff are not very experienced , front desk ladies need to be more assertive , they kept giving us different prices every now and then, there is confusion regarding prices.
They need to work on their atmosphere , it is very dead place comparing to other beauty salon, staying there is not fun as other places.
The business looks promising , but needs effort to have a competitive advantage comparing to other salons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i wanted silver hair and they said they could do it. i paid 400 and they left me with damaged ORANGE hair. i had to shave my hair because they damaged my hair. i never got the money back. they're so bad and unprofessional. hire REAL hairstylists

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know why they always saying we are busy and when I go there is no one but me! It is too difficult to book an appointment while they are clearly do not have that many people comes to them! And when it comes to cleaning the nails they are not the best tbh... I only go to them because of the good prices.
