★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pleasant and lovely atmosphere, from the hygienic clinic to the polite receptionist, to Dr. Maram who explained the entire process and answered all the questions professionally to Munira the nurse who did the laser hair removal sessions with almost no pain at all with slight hands.
I really admire this clinic and definitely will go for other treatments as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very very rude and unprofessional, the receptionist was rude and aggressive to the point that I didn’t believe this is real. Never encountered anything near to this in any country I visited, and since the receptionist is the person who represents the clinic, I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I have to give credit to the clinic in terms of services and equipment provided (5/5). However, I wouldn’t visit it again and rate it a star, or even less if possible, for NOT RESPECTING the valuable time of its patients.
I had three appointments at the clinic, I came there at the exact time of the appointment, but unfortunately I had to wait for at least FORTY minutes before getting in. My last appointment was postponed TWICE for a week by the clinic. Yet, I entered the clinic at 8:25 (five minutes before the appointment), waited until 9:00 before I left the clinic completely UNSATISFIED.
The respectful owner was there, but unfortunately couldn’t provide a solution for this delay.
