★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I previously tried their old/other branch , the atmosphere/service was good. But with this branch it didn't meet my expectations at all, first i booked my appointment thru thier site i booked for manicure and pedicure at the same time but i had to call them to confirm it. They said that my booking was wrong due to technical error and i can only one service i was okay with it, came to the salon exact time reception staff wasn't available and no one to assist for 7 minutes ?!
Regardless the service was good the technician was great and her work is good. I have to say the lux treatment they did was meh not very special.
In general in not a fan of this branch atmosphere and salon design its not what you hope for a nail salon/spa.
♿ The salon is accessible to enter only, but inside they have stairs and not easy to access for wheelchair unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very classy place , I came from eastern province "short vacation" the place was recommended to me , the most welcoming professional employees , a comfortable atmosphere ??( which is not easy for me to feel relaxed anywhere) Had my gel nails done and I truly LOVE IT !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a regular at the old branch so I came in with high expectations to the Thumama branch. Was not disappointed . Service and ambiance was wonderful as always .
The only concern is that parking spaces are very limited in this area so you should either get dropped or be prepared to walk a bit.
