★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was not cleaned when we came to stay ! There was brown marks on the wall and a fly flying in the room,i had 3 kids with me! the fridge was filthy , no curtains on window! No wardrobe to hang clothes, no towels, no toliet papers! Me and my family stayed for 6 days and only once a cleaner came and cleaned the room and changed the sheets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was good , very close to Masjid- Al Nabawi, 5 minutes walk. Rooms were small but good for few days stay.
Although the wifi service was not good for the upper floors.

Negative: Many , Doors room doesn't close at all Locker broken from inside in two rooms i c The beds sheet it's so dirty and many yellow spots on at even i found something like bleed print on it really it's so disgust ,no water boiler, all electric electric blog so old design we can't use only one in all room even the hairdryer in the toilet we can't use coz the electric blog it's different ? Really it's disappointing.

Power plug sockets are uncommon, rooms are small and narrow.
Support staff not helpful.
Free wifi in the lobby is OK if less crowd.

Near from masjid Nabavi... 5mint walking distance. . .
Net n clean rooms.
Rooms size is small,
3 main lefts for guests and one for staff ,,
Maznine floor is for dining,
Underground parking,
Room service is not good because I booked room for 6days but no staff come to check n clean to washroom or room,, you can asked them then they come to work....
Need to improve management.
Not proper guidance ..
At last it's Good ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Food service. Dirty and small rooms for 4 and 5 people. Cleaning is week. Noisy and every few hours the emergency alarm goes off with no reason. They use it to inform their staff.
Bad experience.
Don't try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Location. Negative: staff behaviours very rooted. Just enterd into room and foud AC not working and informed to staff that AC not working and i am tired give me other room but they refused my request with the reason that i have to wait for to repaire AC..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Only Location is good.. Negative: Had two rooms booking and No warm water in both bath. After many complaints, they change one room with other after one day and on 2nd day, they open geaser tab for 2nd room but water leakage started, had complained many time but no action till I left. No daily room make up :(.
