★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zero, I'm still there, I haven't ever experienced such hotel and service.
* No wardrobe or hanger for cloths.
* smelly rooms ( some sort of food smell)
* smelly bath rooms. (cocroches smell)
* smallest ever seem triple bed room, with no wardrobe, there wasn't even space to open your laggaue.
* one word, please do not try to experience the travel nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel some really nice staff. There's a shop inside selling tea, drinks and snacks. The beds a comfortable. Bathroom is a decent size. Free WiFi. Only 2 minutes from Al-Haram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived at the hotel and were given keys to our rooms, the bedsheets were not changed, there was blood stains and other stains on the sheets very unhygienic rooms also smelt of smoke and the bathroom had the ceiling coming down which is a health and safety risk! Staff are not friendly or helpful at all. Worst experience ever! We called the staff to change the bedsheets and clean the room in front of us. Avoid booking this hotel. It was also no where near the masjid, it is approximately 15mins walking distance only just to get to gate 7. No food location around, you have to walk miles to find decent food places to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing especial, it took around 30 minutes to check-in, reception staff was kind but not organized. There was not car parking so i parked my car long away. They don't provide towels. Beds are old but not bad. Luggage man was not helpful.
