K	Kenan Karic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good value hotel, very near to the holy mosque. The stuff speaks only a few words english so a little hard to comunicate but possible. A lot traffic in the 4 elevators. Wifi in the room is ok. The bathroom is lower value then the rest of the hotel. Outside the hotel you can find a small market, clothes boutiqe and food restaurant. I recomemt this hotel
S	Shakeel Ahmed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is close to the masjid however the rooms are very untidy, we were disgusted by the room service, lifts are slow. Toilet ceiling was broken and the toilet was damaged. There is no laundry service or restaurant in the building. There is no kettle or iron box, only hair dryer. The staff were friendly friendly though.
M	Muhammad umar farooq on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are clean when you get them but after that, no one will come to clean the garbage bin or for toilet cleaning. Just five min. Walk from Haram gate no. 7. Now in december-2019, there is construction work underway at the west side of hotel so it remains noisy during day time. Be aware of this if you get a roomj on west side of this hotel for next two or three months from now. Hotel has working wifi but not very speedy. Overall experience was not bad. Also i can not socket to charge my mobile only one was in toilet which is used.
S	S S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a comfortable hotel for the people who come for pilgrims. They should be tittle kind to pepper who come all the way to perform holly acts. Its a good looking hotel, well furnished but nasty. They may be never clean the bathroom, dirty basin area and walls. The worst thing is they don’t service the room. Trash can is full I called the operator to take it they didn’t. Toilet paper is finished and there’s no sign that they are coming to give a new one. Finally went to their restaurant to order something for breakfast, employee said restaurant is only for Iranian. How funny is it!
