I think there is a need for clear job description particularly those who are doing the test for the kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lights on, 4.30pm, door is locked, not open for business, no sign o on the door to let customers know when they will be open. Two customers sitting outside (another family and myself) but Tabbara obviously don't care about communicating with us. Another win for businesses in the capital.. ETA- call up customer service, goes through to an internal switch board, wait 3 min, no answer and money wasted on a pointless call. When business starts to fail, they start asking what they could do differently.. :-/
