โ โ โ โ โ The worest place ever , they donโt have ATM cause they canโt stealing you when you paid through ATM ,they are bad theft i go like the website says from 9 to 12 walk-in without appointment and there was a fat flippino man told me the filppeno women from egancy and she will do it for you , you canโt do it without appointment . i bring all may document and i fill it ,it just satnd there , when she finish she request more than 100RS for her, i hope the saudi government do something with this thieves.

โ โ โ โ โ Having an appointment doesnโt mean you will be served based on appointment time. You will wait more than 4 hours to be served! Crowds, bribery and bad treatment. It feels like ages ago waiting in lines and doing paper work. They better make everything digital and online.

Some employees were kind and others didnโt have eye contact (rude) ?
Only having cash was a little issue because you will loose your turn if you discover that later?

1. Having appointment does not mean you will serve in time, you need to come early to get number and wait in the line
2. Be aware that you might take more than 2 hours to finish.
3. Cash only
4. Make sure you bring all the requirements otherwise you need to book appointment next month
5. to who is coming from eastern province, I advice you to tell them that before you get the number. you might no need to wait
