★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موظفين غير دقيقين في طرح العروض يقولي خوذي المنتج مع منتج آخر بنصف القيمة ثم اتفاجأ بحساب الفاتورة لايوجد خصم !! طبعا هذا صار لي في فرع عنيرة
Employees are inaccurate in offering offers, they say take the product with another product for half the price, then I was surprised when the bill was calculated. There is no discount!! Of course, this happened to me in Anira branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اعطيه وصفة الدكتور ومعطيني مضاد مختلف تماما بس يقولي هو نفسه لكن اسم شركة مختلفة.. رحت تاكدت من الدكتور بعد استعمال عدة ايام وقالي الي عطاك وقالك الكلام مستحيل صيدلي رجعت لهم اشتكيهم واطلب فلوسي وقالي المحاسب بكل برود ممكن اخطا الي عطاك المضاد واعطاك الي جنبه.. حياة الناس مو لعبة تخطي بمضاد وتقولي بكل ثقة هو نفسه بس اسم غير !!!!
I gave him the doctor’s prescription and he gave me a completely different antidote, but he says it is the same, but the name of a different company.. I went to check with the doctor after using a few days and he said to me that he gave you and he said it is impossible for a pharmacist. People's life is not a game to skip with an opposite and say with confidence that it is the same, but it is a different name!!!!
