★ ★ ★ ★ ★ العاملات الافريقيات ابدا موراعيات شغل تبطح ونوم جربت ثلاث عاملات خلال اسبوع اول ماتدخل علي العاملة تطلب الواي فاي !!طيب شوفي شغلك اول بعدين اطلبي جبت من غانا ماتفهم بالاجهزة الكهربائية الغسالة ولاتعرف اطرق الملابس وهمه الواي فاي ورجعته على طول جبت الثانيه اشتغلت اول يومين بعدين صارت بس تنام وتسدح وتجلس بغرفته طول الوقت ورافضه تكوي الملابس وانا اسايسها بس مافي فايده اخر شي رجعتها ورحت للمكتب وانا منهارة جابولي النفسية اللي بالمكتب جدا كسول وماله خلق يشتغل طلبت منه يحول عقدي لنظام الساعات اللي يجون زيارة وقال بيزود عليك المبلغ وافضلك خوذي بديله اخذت بديلة وليتي ماخذت مرره سيىئة ونفسيته بالحظيظ ولاتبي تشتغل بس تسأل عن الواي فاي رفضت اعطيها من بيتي وقلت ادفعي فلوس وجيبلك جلست تحلطم واضربت عن العمل !! وطلبت ارجعها للشركة والمشكلة اليوم كان جمعة طيب من يتحمل التعب اللي تعبته والفلوس اللي ضاعت على عماله سيئة واللي بالمكتب مافيه اي تعاون او اي خلفيه عن العمل ايضا يفتقرون للاسلوب والبشاشة وحسن التعامل مع الزبون ،،مهارة ارجوك انقذي مايمكن انقاذة العاملات باين اخذات راحتهم مافيه اي خوف من الشركة خلاص ماعجبوني الاسرة اللي رايحه لهم ماوفرتولي اللي ابي رجعوني للمهارة لانهم عارفين مافي احد وراهم يحاسبهم
ختاما حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل اقولها من قلبي لانهم من جد جابولي النفسية وتوبه استاجر شهري ،،

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اخذت من عندهم عاملة منزلية كينية ثلاثة أشهر ب ٨٦٠٠ تقريبا من نهاية شهر ٧ وكان شغلها ممتاز وقبل رمضان باسبوع رفضت العمل وسلمناها الشركة ولم يوفرو البديلة لي الآن أكثر من أسبوع يقولون نوفرها خلال ٣٠ يوم يعني إذا عدى شهر رمضان أو يلغى العقد
بالله هذا نظام وش ذنبي آخذ احتياطاتي قبل موسم رمضان وآخرتها ترفض العمل بدون سبب علما لا يوجد بالبيت سوى امرأة كبيرة بالسن يعني ما عندها ضغط عمل ومعززة ومكرمة
يبدو انه هناك تلاعب بالشركة واجزم بأنها تشتغل الآن عند عميل آخر
ارجو من وزارة العمل الانتباه للشركات لهذه النقطة بتوفر البديلة فورا ولا يجعلون الشركات تتلاعب بأموال الناس وينتظرون البديلة خلال ٣٠ يوم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحه عاملات غير ومدربات نهائيا ومايتكلمون عربي والمشكله الكبرى ان الشركه ماتعطيهم جوالات وتصير تطالبنا بجوال وتبي بنك وغيره طيب ليش انا غير مسئول عنك المفروض ان الشركه تدربهم وتعطيهم كل شي عشان تكون مرتاحه وتريح اللي رايحه تشتغل عندهم المساله سمعه وبصراحه اذا بقيم حتى نجمه كثير لان هذي ٣ شغاله اجيبه وبدلا ماتريحني غثتني

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف تجربه سيئه جداً عاملتين يضربون عن العمل خلال ١٢ يوم … رغم ان بيتي شقه ولاعندي شغل كثير … اخر تعامل لي معاهم ولاانصح احد يخوض هالمغامرة … حسبي الله وكفى

تم طلب خادمة افريقية مقيمة لمدة ٣ اشهر بـ ٨٦٥٠
جت الاولى في الوقت المطلوب وبمجرد ماعرفت ان امي ماتسمع بدت تستهتر وتتغيبا ولا تسوي شي لما تامرها امي وتهز يدينها واتكلم معه انجليزي ولا بالمترجم الوضع واحد ماتكلمت انجليزي الا وانا بطريقي ارجعها للمكتب ?
وطلبت استبدالها جتني الثانيه بعدها بأقل من اسبوع تقريبًا
اول اسبوع حليلة لما بدينا رمضان بدت تتغير ومو معجبها نظامنا برمضان بشكل عام وتقارن بدولتها وطريقتهم برمضان وبعدها صارت ماتتروش ولا تستخدم المزيل وترفض تتروش وما تشتغل الا بعد شحاذة رجعناها وكنسلنا الخدمة
ماقصروا معاملة اعادة المبلغ ماتأخرت بس مستحيل اعيد التجربة مع مهارة .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمة سيئه للغاية : تم توقيع عقد مع الشركة على عاملة أوغندية ولما جت للبيت ثالث يوم صارت ماتشتغل بدون سبب ، تم تبديلة بعاملة او غندية ثانية وبعد اربع ايام تقول : لا تأمروني انا موشغالة عندكم !! ورفضت الشغل
تم تغيير العقد من أوغندا الى اندونيسيا ونفس الكلام ثلاث ايام وبدت تتميرض وتقول ضرسي يوجعني ووديناها للراقية وفي اليوم الرابع رفضت العمل ، وتم تغيير الشغالة لوحدة اندونيسية ثانية وبعد اربع ايام تقول انا تعبانه ابي ارجع لشركة وتم ارجاعها لشركة بتاريخ 11-6-2022
ملاحظة : كل مره الشغالة تضرب عن العمل انت اللي تروح توصلها لسكن الشركة والبنزين على حسابك يعني لو انت خارج الرس الله يعينك على الروحة والرجعة
