★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اذا عندك مشروع او تصوير قريب نصيحة لاتطلب اونلاين لأن رح يتأخروا عليك بالشحن وتتورط
بعد ماطلبت وكل شي
شحنوا الطلب بعد ٧ ايام عمل من استلام المبلغ .. ماقلنا شي لأنهم كاتبين سياسة الشحن في الموقع .. لكن قالوا المنتج الثاني غير متوفر ولمن طلبته كان متوفر وقالوا نعتذر خلل في النظام ??♂️
اذا كان شحنهم للمنتجات المتوفرة يتأخر فما بالك باللي غير متوفر ??
عاد الله يعين متى بيتوفر مدري لكن الله يصبرنا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ متجر متميز وخدمة العملاء رائعه عندهم وينصحونك بالافضل حتى لو ما شريت من عندهم اتعامل معهم من سنوات وكل معداتي من عندهم ومستحيل اغير عنهم لمتحر اخر
وعندهم شي حببني بالتعامل معهم لو تأخرت شحنتي لا قدر الله عوضوني بشي مقارب لها لحد ما توصل شحنتي عشان ما يتعطل شغلي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة عملاء سيئة جدًا ، طلبت طلبية من الموقع تاخرت في التسليم و وصلتني الاغراض متضررة و الطلبات ناقصة ، تواصلت معهم يماطلون بالرد و ما يستجيبون لي ، للعلم ان البضاعه المتضرره على كلامه انها كذا من المصنع.
و لما طلبت الغاء الطلبيه و استرداد المبلغ ماطلوا فيني و تاخروا اسبوعين.
الصراحة وصلني ان تعاملهم سيء لكن قلت اجرب منهم و تأكدت ان الكلام هذا صحيح ??.
لكن تعليقي هذا راح يوصل لاكبر عدد ان شاء الله ، و ما أنصح بالتعامل معهم مهما كان الامر.

And when I asked to cancel the order and get the money back, they delayed me for two weeks.
Frankly, I received that they treated them badly, but I said I would try them and I was sure that this was true.
