تعامل جداً جداً جداً سيئ ..
وتصريف من العاملين..
وبخصوص الصيانة يصرفونك تعال بعد اسبوع وعندنا ضغط وتروح بعد اسبوع ويتكرر التصريف وتعاني عشان تسلمهم جهازك.
واذا رحت بمشكله علي الضمان اذا المشكلة سوفتوير يسونها واذا هاردوير يقولك انت السبب فيها بشكل او بأخر ويحاول يلف ويدور عليك وينصب عليك ويطلبون منك قيمة الإصلاح.. ونصيحتي لاي شخص يسوون معه هالحركة يحمل تطبيق وزارة التجاره ويقدم بلاغ واذا كثرت البلاغات والمخالفات عليهم بتتعدل خدماتهم..

ترسلها الصيانة تشتغل شهر وترجع تاني العطل.
الصيانة مايردو على الاتصال .
ترسلها عن طريق المعرض تجلس تقريبآ شهر
ضياع وقت على الفاضي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة في الواتس زي الي في رجلك لا اسلوب ويردون متاخر يعني حرفيا ماردوا علي الا لمن قلت بشتكي وكمان الجهاز بعد الصيانه ماكمل يوم ورجع نفس الخراب الي حبته عشان يصلحونه مررره شركة فاشله
