However the brand need to have more variety of products category & installers in service center need to get more training on products installation on new vehicles models to be faster & more familiar with witr routing.

not sure, why sell the OBD device if the APP with it does not work.
Also, please specify on your website, that the screen does not come with camera, was shocked to reach the store, and having to spend extra 170 SAR just to install rear camera.
