There is no one want to help you if there a problem within such game & many of them have no tickets..
Plus you can't refund your collected tickets BECAUSE there is nobody there..
Why it is opened morning and afternoon when there no one to work to help!!
In addition, if you get "bounse" in your account gaming card, there will be some games you can't play with them..
Another rule they have, game card can't be divided to another card, even if you have 3 kids or more with different ages who are fighting each other in each game ..
Finally, ther is one lady, I want to thank her for her good manner she was cooperative and friendly.. she didn't work there until we are finished at 4p.m.
NOTE: DON'T GO THERE BEFORE 4 or 5 p.m.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dusty and filthy area. The 4D theater should be closed and repaired. The movie screen is broken, the glasses are very filthy and the seats are really dirty. Not worth the prices at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't compare it to other playing amusement parks, which have certain standards to abide by. The place is filthy filthy filthy and dusty beyond imagination. The cleaning sprays were thrown around in toddlers playing area irresponsibly. And with this level of filth and lack of hygiene its considered expensive. They insist you buy their rubber socks, you can't wear your own, as if they have any standards of safety or hygiene!! The AC isn't working and ventilation in the area is very poor. The space is sunny, this might be its only advantage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite big sparkys area... It has a roller coaster (small one with turns), dodge cars, games n rides.. Suitable for all ages.. even some electronic toy rides were enjoyed by my one year old..they have good offers on sparkys cards..starting from 250 riyals..
250 riyal card with balance of 400 riyals.. The food court is adjacent to sparkys so you can enjoy nice meal after your visit.
