★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually avoid writing bad reviews but this should be written. My 5 months old son had an operation there two days ago and I've never seen a hospital with employees who are as careless as this hospital. You have to ask 10 nurses to get answers and the answer is different every single time. The doctors are no where to be seen. No one gave us a report after the operation. I waited two days before I wrote the review so I won't be emotional about that experience but I wish things can be audited and actions taken. They gave us a room with one adult size bed to spend the night as well.

Unfortunately our Dr Shagufta shifted here and we want to continue the treatment with her. She is excellent but the nurse who is working with Gyn are so careless.
This Dept. need good people because every mother need care.
String action should take against the Gyn. Dept Nurses especially who is working with Dr Shagufta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Dr.Abed Alhebi’s clinic for endoscopy, he’s a great doctor but the hospital services made the experience bad they’re slow it took me almost 2hrs just to get my insurance approval done by them!

Had 2 experiences with eye and GP but output was nothing.
Had to go to other hospital to fix the issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could give negative 5 stars to the dentist center. As a patient seeking medical care, i expect the dr to be nice person and consider that bad teeth is what makes him in business, and that some situations force us to ignore our teeth health. The dr was a bullie, very arrogant, very unprofessional, disrespected me and even mentioned that, and i quote:” …in addition to that, the insurance does not cover your case” and “ no dr will accept your case”. I filed a complaint to the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an award for world's pathetic hospital, then SMC will be the winner.
The infrastructure is good, however when it comes to service, this is the most worst ever hospital i have ever come across.
The staff is so incapable, they r not even able to open a new file for patient and if you speak in English, then your nightmare will start.
I struggled for almost one hour to open a file, even after, the receptionist put a wrong name for my daughter, finally i left without even consultation.
I would say safa makkah batha, is far better than SMC,
If you have an option , goto some other hospital not this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This medical center has all kind of advanced technology. But in emergency entry if they have few people who knows English will be the best. Cause I admitted myself for ectopic pregnancy. It was an emergency. It took long time put admission because of the language. Gynaecology doctors are really good. Even they can treat immediately they are not taking chance. Doctors are following the procedure and analysing the problem. I was there for 3 days. Doctors and nurses service were excellent.
