★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is situated in Mina city, east of Makkah. In Arabic رمي الجمرات ramī al-jamarāt. As ritual of hajj, pilgrims are stoning at three walls called as small, middle and big Jakarta in series. On 10th zul hizzah, Muslims throw 7 pebbles at big jamara, following two days they have to throw 7 pebbles in each walls. They have to throw total 49, which is compulsory (wajib). In addition, Muslim can stay at mina more one day, then they have throw more 21 stones, 7 in each walls. In 1st and 2nd wall, they have to raise their hands to pray.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new bridge construction is extremely effective. Despite over 2 million pilgrims passing through jamarat, there is no problem for any stampede or rush whatsoever. Smooth one place enter, the other place exit. Kindly follow the instructions as set by local authorities in order to avoid any troubles of panic, chaos and stampede to yourself and other pilgrims.
