★ ★ ★ ★ ★ التجربه سيئه جداً اولا العدد كان فوق ٩٠٠ والمخيم صغير بالنسبه للعدد الكبير وثانياً عدم توفير مكان في مزدلفه ثالثاً المخيم في منى يجب تركيب سلم كهربائي بسبب مكانه فوق الجبل رابعاً توفير باصات للنقل الحجاج للحرم ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركة سيئه وخدمات أسوء مايكون. أولا دورات المياه لم يتم صيانتها من سنين. مستوى الاكل طعم سئ. سوء تنظيم ايضا في عرفات دورات المياه أيضا قليله جدا على الأعداد الموجوده تضطر تنتظر فترات كبيرة تتعدى النص ساعه. اي حاجه تخلص مافيش غيرها يجي مكيفات زفت زفت زفت. طواف الافاضه الشيخ يقول اجمع مع طواف الوداع طب انا عايز اروح اعمل طواف افاضه لوحده والوداع لوحده يقولك مع نفسك ماعندناش باصات للحرم اقترحنا يطلعلنا باص ونجمع فلوس ونديهم له قالنا لا برضه بصراحه اختيار غلط اتمنى من الجميع الحذر من هذه الشركة سعرها مبالغ فيه مقابل الخدمات المقدمه. نقطه اخيرة تعامل المشرفات مع النساء منتهى قلة الذوق وعدم الاحترام. المبيت في مزدلفة كان هايضيع علينا بسبب السواق فضلا عن قلة ذوق بعض الناس اللي شغاله معاهم ومكان المخيم في منى متعب جدا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف الحملة مخيبة للامال ، بداية من التواصل قبل الحملة الذى لا يرقى إلى مستوى الاقتصادى ، الاستقبال فى مكة غير مسئولين عنه ، تعالى على مكان الحملة بدون اى مسئولية انك معاك عائلة أو من خارج مكة. المخيم كله طار فى المطر واتبهدلنا من البعد عن الجمرات 4كيلو مشى ، تفويج عشوائي ، اكل لا لون لا طعم لا رائحة وكله يطبخه الأخوة الدكارنة ، الصالة التى كنت انام بها مخصصة مسجد ولم ارى النوم طوال فترة الحج للاسف ، تعامل النساء سئ للغاية لدرجة يحبوا منهم الاكل والشاى ، الحمامات قذرة ، إدارة غير متعاونة ومنحازة ، والكارثة فى طواف الإفاضة نزلونا فى مكان وقالوا نتقابل بعد خمس ساعات ، رجعت إلى المكان ومعى عائلتى فى ظل زحام جبار قاتل وتعب مستمر نتيجة الإرهاق وعدم النوم لم أجد الباص ، اتصلتةبالمشرف قال لى الباص فى كدى وانتم مزلتك فى المسخوطة ، زيا الله على المرمطة عشان اوصل كدى والله ما من التعب وتخانقت مع زوجتى بسببهم ، وعند وصول اتصلت بالمشرف انت فين قال لى موجود عند الإشارة ، ارسل لى موقع انا لا اعرف اشارات ، ارسل لى موقع خاطي للاسف ، ذهبت إليه وجدت باص للحملة لكن ما هو الباص بتاعى ، اتصلت به مرة أخرى تركنى فى الشارع حوالى نص ساعة إلى أن قامت زوجتى بالخناق مع مشرف الباص الموجود أمامنا فقال تعالوا اوديكم ، ومشينا حوالى 20دقيفة أخرى لأنه خارج الموقف ، وعندما فتح شنطة الباص وجدت كل الشنط اى أن ما عانيته سيعانيه كل من كان فى الباص ، حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل ، ولا انصح بهذه الحملة ابدا .

Alam person (Flag man) should take care of ladies and elderly during journey to and from the camp, especially during going for stoning the Jamaraat (Satans). He should be responsible for bringing all people back especially on 12th Dhul-Hijjah and he should provide his phone no. to the fellows.
Toilet / Wash-Basins' Taps should be maintained and repaired when required. Cleaning was good. Thanks, Jazaak-Allah
