 A special location and a special entertainment place, and it is considered one of the most important entertainment sites in Taif, and the staff's dealings with customers is great, especially with children, their treatment is very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كانت زيارتي اليوم لموقع سكاي زون المكان جميل جداً استمتعوا اطفالي باللعب فيه واشكرهم جميعاً على لطافتهم مع الاطفال خصوصاً الموظفة اللي فالاستقبال رجعتني بنتي خصيصاً عشان تسلم عليها ?
My visit to the Sky Zone site was very beautiful today. My children enjoyed playing in it. I thank them all for their kindness with the children, especially the employee who was in the reception. My daughter brought me back to greet her ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نصيحه لحد يروح تخيلو الشخص ب 70 ريال وبس نطيطات مافيها اي شي ثاني والوقت محدد نصف ساعه ويطلعونهم و
سكاي زون اللي بالرياض غير غير ملاهي ونطيطات وزحليقه واشياء ثانيه والوقت مفتوح لاخر اليوم يطلع الطفل ويرجع عادي
بالطايف استغلااااااااال مافيه الا نطيطه فقط وقت محدد حطيت نجمه عشان بس اعلق

رحابة المكان ممتازة
الترامبولين ممتازة وبجودة عالية
مكان جميل للاطفال والكبار ايضاً
العيب الوحيد ان الموظفين يحطون انظمة تختلف عن الاسبوع اللي قبله وبحجة الادارة هي اللي وضعتها واذا ناقشتهم اجابتهم غير مقنعة
Cleanliness is excellent
The spaciousness of the place is excellent
Excellent quality trampoline
Nice place for kids and adults too
The only drawback is that the employees put systems that are different from the week before, and the pretext of the administration is the one who set them, and if you discuss them, their answer is not convincing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من فين اقدم شكوى علبهم ؟؟ رحت اليوم والموظفة تسوي فاتورة فاتورة واخر شي تسوي فاتورة الشراريب ولا هي راضية تعطينا الشراريب نقيسها الا بعد ما سوت فاتورتها واخرتها دخلو الاطفال 45 دقيقة وطلعوهم … ورحنا نشتكي ان التاخير من موظفة الكاشير يقولو لنا فاتورتكم الاولى الساعة 5 تماما طيب الموظفة نا رضيت تسوي الفاتورة وحدة وساعة لين تنادي الموظف ويتفاهمو بخصوص الفاتورة وبعدين تدور صرف وبعدين تقول مافي شراريب مقاس لارج وضيعو لنا 15 دقيقة واكثر ونحن مجمعين اطفال العيلة عشان نلعبهم وكل واحد راح عليه 15 دقيقة وما اعرف فين اقدم الشكوى
Where do I file a complaint? Today, the employee went to settle the bill, and the last thing was to settle the bill for the drinks, and she was not satisfied with giving us the bills to measure until after she settled her bill and delayed it. The children entered 45 minutes and took them out... We complained that the delay was from the cashier employee. They told us your first bill at 5 o'clock, exactly ok. The employee agreed to settle the bill alone. And an hour, Lynn calls the employee and they understand about the bill, then she turns around, and then she says there are no large-sized tarps, and they waste us 15 minutes or more while we gather the children of the family to play with them, and each one takes 15 minutes and I don't know where to file the complaint

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE do not send your children to this Sky Zone.
We usually are regular customers here. However, our child is reluctant to go back due to an incident which took place there on 27th November whereby she was left trembling.
She was harassed by a member of staff who orginates from the Philippines.
We launched a formal complaint to Sky Zone management whereby NOTHING yet has been done.
This happened a month and a half ago roughly and to our knowledge and we've had no written apology, no call of acknowledgement or any compensation issued.
This is despicable and extremely negligent.
We are highly disappointed. We entrusted them with our child. Never again. We're about to warn everyone about this place as we hope that this doesn't happen to another child.
