★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was waiting for my turn to order food and was calling for my daughter to come over when my turn came up and the rude cashier quickly went over to the next customer. When I told him I was next he rudely replied "I asked you and you didn't answer". I left immediately and will never come back here until that man with no manners learns some customer service skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly the Taif branch beats the Makkah and Jeddah branches. I never thought I would be saying that. I went on a couple of occasions and there was no fluctuation in the quality of food or service. To me this helps me trust a place more and choose to visit when I am really cranky and intolerant to mess ups with my food. To be fair though I only had a couple of their burgers and fries. All were freshly made and cooked to perfection. Did not try their brisket as it was all sold out. I gave it 4 stars because the place is quite small. If you do not like heavy oily burgers this will not be your go to place.

I never recommend it due to its workers and supervisor.
