But some points must be noted. There should be a place for kids to put their belongings. The worst part is the music

But no supervision so if your kids need supervision you will stuck with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent facilities. Clean. Great location. There needs to be better supervision and help for the kids in the play areas. Needs to be better maintained in the water play section some things wasn't functioning.
Also, the guy who works on the skid karts needs to go. His aggressive and rude towards the kids and sits on his phone not doing his job. Also, there's a woman who was on the bottom of the 'Free Fall Attraction' who was unbelievably rough and rude too.
This wasn't our first visited. Hence I've rated a fair rating after such treatment by these 2 individuals. However, I must mention that most of the other staff were wonderful absolutely wonderful, friendly and are great at what they do.
Such a shame.
