م	مبارك البخيتي on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل الموضفين جداً سيء وعير مؤدب وسلموني سياره وبطاريتها خربانه واول ماطفيت السياره ماعاد اشتغلت وانا في قطعه واتصل على الشركة لاكثر من ست ساعات ويرد الموضف بعدها ويقول ايش عندك تدقدق علي من الصبح طبعاً استاجرت السياره الساعه 7 صباحاً يوم الاثنين وسلمت السياره الساعه الثامنه مساء يوم الثلثاء ودفعت ايجار يومين وتم تغريمي 43 ريال لان البنزين كان ناقص شرطه لن اتعامل مع هذه الشركة مره ثانيه ابداً The staff was very bad and rude and they handed me a car with its battery in ruins. The first time I put the car out, it didn’t work, and I’m in a piece. I called the company for more than six hours, and the employee responded after that and said, “What do you have?” I paid two days' rent and was fined 43 riyals because the petrol was missing a condition I will never do business with this company again
I	Ibrahim Alfageh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف تعامل الموظف اسامه سئ للغايه طلب مني الهويه والرخصة بزرت له تطبيق توكلنا (المحفظه الرقميه ) رد يقول غير معتمد لدى الشركة احتاج الاصل علما بان اللى قبلي ماطلب منهم الرخصة والهوية الاصل (البلاستيكيه) قلت له بطريقة هذه انته تنقل العدوى بين الاشخاص وغير لابس الكمامة هو طلب مني الهويه الاصل عشان يقدم احد اصدقائه قبلي غير كذا مسؤول تسليم السياره جاني في سياره غير نظيفه وريحتها كريهه Unfortunately, the employee Osama treated very badly. S	Samer Suliman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعقيبا للكلام … تم التواصل من قبل المصري بوقت متاخر والجدال بشأن الموضوع بطريقة بدائية وسيئة جدا. طريقة التعامل غير احترافية تماما !!! وتحت بالتقييم في شخص معاني من نفس المشكلة باخذ مبالغ على امور تافهة !! يجب اخذ اجراء على فريق الصيانة. الشكوى : محتالين جدا السيارة الي استاجرتها كان فيها ضربة من الامام ومن السرعة زادت الضربه وحاسبوني عليها مع العلم وجودها بالصورة بشكل طفيف في البداية وتقرير مسبق بحدوث حادث من الامام للسيارة… معاملة سيئة من فريق الصيانة خصوصا المصري ! نصيحة لا تستاجر منهم اذا السيارة فيها اي خدش In response to the speech ... the communication was communicated by Al-Masry late and the debate on the issue is very primitive and bad. F	Feras Alsubhi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a car by telgani app , reasonable price , the car was clean and new , the receptionist was polite but little bit slow ??. The check-in process took more than 10 minutes , and the shuttle was little bit late to pick me up from terminal . The check-out process was fast enough and another clerk helped me well.
