Very bad attitude towards the customers and blaming the customer unnecessarily and harsh behavoiur also... Not recommended at all. Very bad approach from cleaner even

I had a very bad behavior from the najd car rental shop, even from the cleaning staff named Arif (beware of this guy, if you are a expat) I was using a car from najd for almost 10 months, I am taking care of the car neat and clean as much as possible, but one day one guy hit my front head light when he was reversing. actually my car was in the parking area.... when I went to najd to give my car back after 10 months, they came to check my car. I already informed him that my one of my head light is broken. He inspected and said, It would cost me 400riyal. for me 400riyal is a reasonable price. because it is costing almost 250riyal outside for the china made.. I was okey with the price. he continue to inspect my car and He found some small scratches. I convince him that it was there before when I taking from there. he double check with his documents and he said okey. then we did a test drive and he was very satisfied with the car, at almost finsihing of the test drive, the cleaner Mr.Arif (the cleaning guy, he also sit backside of the car) told the vehicle inspecting guy something in arabic, regarding cleaning or something. I am not good at arabic. when he parked the car after test drive, the najd employee asked me 400riyal for cleaning, cleaning of seats and outside. The car was very clean inside and outside. I asked him why I have to pay 400 riyal for cleaning. He said your seats are dirty (Actually the seats are not dirty, I always using car alone, two times in a day for the company purpose. also some fidays I will go to abaha.. I always try to keep clean inside the care) even tough the seats are clean, he said the color is not like a new seat, blah,blah,blah.. finally he said, he will give me some discount... but he will not mention this in the invoice... he said the cleaner will clean everything him self and just pay him 200 riyal... he said we will not mention in the invoice. finally I give him 200riyal, I am sure that the car was clean, and the cleaning guy and the car inspector played some dirty drama to get money from me to their pocket. the cleaning guy will act like he is supporting us, but he is the one orgainsed this drama from backside... I am sure...

Take care rent car from here. When u return car if any little single spot on car body,even u dont see clearly u should pay for full parts price. Very bad bad baaaad experience im taked car from there. Them didn't have any customer service, worst behavior, creating with people. I pay Sr 947 When i return car for very little issue witch are not spotted from me. And u also can't see the spot when u receive car coz it's very small spot. But them will show u when u return car.
