★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف خاب ضني في هذا المكتب دائما أحب اتعامل معهم ولكني البارح انصدمت من قمة تعجرف الموظف الذي كان يود أن يحملني شي لم أعمله تخيلوا سيارة متهالكة موديل ١٩ ومستحيل أنها تكون بدون خدوش من كل جانب وانا أخذتها لمدة ٤ ايام وعلى استخدامي أنا فقط واتفاجا وهو يستلم مني السيارة ويقول السياره بها خدوش ولابد ان نقدمها للورشة وتقيم فجنت من هذا التجني عليه وقلت له لا والله لم يحصل لها شي وهي معي فقال التصور في الناب السيارة بيضاء فقت اكيد ان تصويركم فيه خطأ فقال لا ولن استلمها منك فقلت والله ما اشيلها ولا تعرضها على اي ورشة وهذا خطأكم وطلبت منه اعطائي المشرف حتى اتفاهم معه أو من سلمني السيارة او يفتش في الصور السابقة ويشاهد الحقيقة ولكنه كان فض في التعامل مع المشكلة ويزيد مني الموافقه على كلامه وفي النهايه رضخ لكلامي واتصل بمن سلمني وبعد كلامي معه قال خلاص سلمها ضاع وقتي وانا في جدال معه واستفزني رغم انه يقول انت ثالث واحد اتشاكل معه هذه الليلة فقلت اذا انتم السبب فلماذا تحملون العميل الذي وثق بكم واكتفى بتسجيلكم لذا انصح كل واحد يريد انه يستأجر سيارة يصورها بجواله حتى لا يضيع وقته وهو يجادل ويحاور الموظف

Imagine a dilapidated 19 model car, and it is impossible for it to be without scratches on every side. The car came from me and he says the car has scratches and we must present it to the workshop and evaluate, so I was mad from this accusation against him and I told him, No, by God, nothing happened to her while she is with me. Which workshop, and this is your fault, and I asked him to give me the supervisor so that I could reach an understanding with him, or someone who handed me the car or inspected the previous pictures and saw the truth, but he was resolved to deal with the problem and increased my approval of his words, and in the end he acquiesced to my words and called the one who delivered me and after my words with him he said, OK, hand it over, and I lost my time I was in an argument with him and he provoked me even though he says you are the third person I have quarreled with him tonight, so I said if you are the reason why do you carry the customer who trusted you and was satisfied with registering you, so I advise everyone who wants to rent a car to photograph it on his mobile so as not to waste his time arguing and arguing employee

ويتكلمون عن اسلوب الموظفين بس بي العكس انا استجرت من ابها وسلمتها في ابو عريش كان تعامل الموظفين ونظافة السياره من احلى ما يكون
ومافيه اي تعقيدات زي بعض مكاتب تاجير السيارات
بصراحه اشكر تعاملهم معي
There are many people who say that cars are clean
And they talk about the staff’s style, but to me, on the contrary, I rented from Abha and delivered it in Abu Arish. The staff’s treatment and the cleanliness of the car was one of the best.
And there are no complications like some car rental offices
