★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally visit there to collect money sent via Western Union . My experience is very good in terms of collecting the money and wait time . One thing that I noticed was that the teller took my iqama for photocopy and forgot to return it to me.Luckily I needed the iqama in the evening and when I did not find it , I remembered that I left it the branch . I visited next working day and was able to get it back . However I noticed that the Teller had many Iqamas with him which does not make sense .Is it normal that People are forgetting their Iqamas OR Is the teller forgetting to return it . In most cases , People might forget after 3-4 days on where did they forget their Iqama so I suggest that Branch Manager should ensure to return the Iqamas to the people .
