★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مافيه اسوء من اللي مايحترم الزباين وما يقدر وقتهم، انتظرته بالمحل ساعه وزياده عشان يخلص الزبون اللي قبلي ولما خلص دخل وقت الاذان ورفض يخلصني مع انها هديه صغيره ممكن يخلصها بخمس دقايق وقال انتظري برا ساعه الى مانخلص ونخدمك بعد الصلاة! طبعاً هذي اخر زياره وتوبة اجيهم ثاني غيرهم افضل واجود تعامل وشغل.
 There is nothing worse than the one who does not respect customers and does not appreciate their time. I waited for him in the shop for an hour or more to finish the customer before me, and when he finished, the time for the call to prayer came and he refused to deliver me even though it was a small gift that he could redeem in five minutes and he said wait an hour outside until we finish and serve you after prayer! Of course, this is the last visit and repentance. I will come to them, the second one, the best and the best in dealing and working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل الموظف السعودي في المحل كان سيئ معي..جئت قبل وقت الصلاة بدقائق .. وأردت استفسر عن سعر الورد والبوكيهات .. ( بعد الصلاة بعد الصلاة) هذا رده علي ، ولم يرد على ما أريد ..اخي الكريم تستطيع ان تخبرني انك ستقفل المحل لأجل الصلاة ولكن بطريقة واسلوب مناسب .. اسمع مني استفساري واخبرني انك ستقدم لي ما أريده بعد الصلاة.. بطريقتك هذه ستخسر زبون للمحل دائم ..كن راقي باسلوبك بارك الله فيك ..
الحقيقة اني كنت اتعامل مع صاحب المحل من فترة وكان شخص راقي جداً..

What happened is so annoying
I paid for filling balloons and next day before the party all balloons felt down (I swear it was the most embarrassing thing that happened to me)
Gift wrapping it was like they wrapped dead person it was so hard to open it imagine that took 10 minutes to open it they use the gun-glue all over it
Flower Bouquet the colors are unmatched (for god sake you are working in gift shop how hard is matching colors) moreover i show him a photo they can copy-cat it that’s it
I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone
