 Roses are great format, coordinated me but where strawberry bouquet was a few of them corrupted and when I mentioned Halhe worker response to (this Genuine American). ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الصراحه الورد والتنسيق جميل بس انتبه تاخذ توصيل من تطبيقهم لانه للاسف وصل الورد بعد خمس ساعات من الموعد المحداد وللأسف انتهت المناسبه بدون فايده

I don't want to put a star in the first place, and the worst decision I made when I chose this store, unfortunately, I mean, I give them a specific time. They delay until the end of the day and say we deliver it tomorrow. Ok, if it arrives tomorrow, I choose the time tomorrow. What is this I hate something that does not walk on time and sits in violation and every little excuse is more frank and angry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء تجربة !! طلبت من الموقع عشان يتم تسليم الورد ٣ ايام ما وصل الورد ! واحكي مع خدمه العملا ( بعد مايطلعون روحك يردون) معليش نوع الورد مو متوفر !! طيب مو انتوا حاطين بالموقع اذا ماتوفر النوع تحطون شي مشابه وبرضو انا كتبت بالملاحظات ان لم يتوفر النوع اي شي مشابه !! مافي اي احترافية ولا اي سرعة تجاوب ولا تصرف !!
Worst experience!! I asked the site to deliver the roses 3 days, the roses did not arrive! And talk to the customer service (after they see your soul, they reply) sorry, the type of roses is not available!! Ok, you are not located on the site. If the type is not available, you will put something similar, and I also wrote in the notes if the type is not available, anything similar!! There is no professionalism, no speed of response, no action!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طلبت عن طريق التطبيق يوم ٢٢ مارس على ان يكون التوصيل يوم ٢٣ مارس .. صراحه بعد ماطلبت دخلت على التعليقات صدمت وخفت أنهم يخربون فرحتي ..لكن تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء تجاوب معي وقال الطلب تحت التجهيز ووصل على الوقت المتفق عليه ولله الحمد .. لكن أعتقد السعر يعتبر مرتفع نسبيًا.. وهذا لايمنع ان أشكرهم لأنهم صنعوا يومي ..
I ordered through the application on March 22, and the delivery will be on March 23.. Honestly, after I asked, I entered the comments, I was shocked and afraid that they would ruin my joy..But I contacted customer service and he responded and said the order is under preparation and arrived on the agreed time, praise be to God..But I think the price is relatively high..and this does not prevent me from thanking them because they made my day..
