★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A five star experience to be honest! The food was exceptional! The ambiance is excellent and the staff were amazing and very welcoming!! A shout out to Zain for making are experience at the Palace great!!! Definitely will be coming back!! My new favourite restaurant in Jeddah!

You need to have an earlier reservation which I did not knew about but they were very accommodative and booked me immediately ( bonus point very helpfull and professional) .
Mr.Moath , who helped me to decide about my orders was very helpful and much knowledgeable about the menue and the dishes , he is very polite and gave me advised and also info about the resturant.
I tried their Crusty Duck salad( must try) , the beef minced rice , and a must try Hugo juice ( I think that was the name)
Thank you Moath, and thank you Shang Palace for this my first and lovely experience... I will try to visit again ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One year ago, my Italian friend asked me where to go in Jeddah for good Chinese food. I told him all of them are disgusting and don't even try. Today, if I can time-travel back, I can finally happily tell him that Shang Palace is a wonderful and the only place in Jeddah for top-tier Chinese food experience. If you want to eat mediocre Chinese food, just add enough oil, MSG and red chilies to cover original flavors of other ingredients. In Shang Palace, shrimp broth is the backlight of chicken, oyster decorates wagyu beef, jasmine green tea sacrifices itself to slowly-roasted short rib, and the skin of the roasted duck is incredibly crispy.These are called beauty and elegancy of Chinese cuisines. Thank Khadka Rijesh for his heart-warming service. Shang Palace is still glittering in my memory. Really good work.

Food was so nice and the presentation did helped us to choose our order from the person who did the outstanding service experience to us. Mr “Khadka Rijesh” the kind of delivering our dinner ? was so excited and professional for making us happy. And the places itself is in one of our towers that people are taking pictures from far away.
I totally recommend to visit this place with both family members and friends including business meetings. Wish them luck and more of success.
My next visit with minor issues but unfortunately the new person we met. Made our visit today

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for dinner and had a wonderful experience. Great food , EXCELLENT service. Perfect for a date night or family dinner. Our waiter ABDULSALAM made our experience unforgettable . He was beyond professional and extremely knowledgeable , his food recommendations were perfect. It’s so nice to see local youth having this level of hospitality. Also- don’t skip dessert. The MOLTEN cake was exceptional (it’s caramel based not chocolate).
