Poor real estate management and non existent marketing/sales team. No response on the phone, nor the request for quote on their own website for over a week.

I ve been living in this Compaund a year, and I don’t want a move from this place. Green, clean space. Staff are happy to help. Gym, play rooms are comfortable. I love this place?

I lived in the village for more than 10 years. The name's origin of Hajaryn (I think) is a name of a city in Kingdom of Hadramout (now Hadramout is a state within Yeman) the roots of the village's owners. It is a very quite compound with five swimming pools, community center, taxi service, school buses, cinema, supermarket, things for kids, sport center and sport classes two football tennis..etc. The manager Sabri is a very kind and easy to deal with and always developing the village. Saeed is another employee who was so devoted and helpful even if you wake him up in the middle of a night, the best employee in Hajaryn with a gentle smile all the time. I moved from studio to one bedroom then two bedroom villas (before the flats were built). You will find it hard to get a place there specially it is few steps away from Corniche and Redsea mall (one of the largest malls in Jeddah) that has alot from intertainments (Cinema or kids intert hall) to shopping to cafes and restaurants together with an hotel on site. The location of the village is unique and it is in co tenuous development parallel with the fast development of Jeddah towards 2030. Kids walk around freely and have the priority upon all. For me, the place is marketing itself and has a high reputation between others in Jeddah. The management team (Sabri and Saeed whome I know) arranged a renovation of the villa during my summer holiday abroad when I requested. Maintenance team were very active and quick to solve your problems or requests. The whole village is full of many activities run on site with a security 24/7. Pet friendly to a certain limits. Xmas and easter parties plus Eid and Ramadan gatherings. Still, quite and peaceful. The village's management team is taking a good care of their employees too and have a big party for them end of each year. I liked living there but has to move when I changed my job.
