★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نجمه وحده كثيره عليه، سكنت فيه ماحولك احد ابد والمكان حق منطقة مزارع وموحش جداً، الحمام وانتو بكرامه ريحته شينه وحاطه صابونات و معجون اسنان منتهي لها سنتين وفرش السرير وسخه، واسلوب راعية الشاليه غير محترم وهذا كله بعد الدفع يوم تم الدفع تغير اسلوبها تماماً..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من اسوأ الشاليهات بالعالم مو بس بالقصيم..
1- الغرف وسخه، المفارش قذرة وكلها صفراء حتى المراتب فيها بقع صفراء، المفرش للغرفة الماستر فيه بقعة لونها بني على احمر وصورته لها وقالت هذا تراب من المكيف مع ان لو من المكيف كان وسخ طرف السرير وهي المخدات، والمفترض المفارش تتغسل وتتنظف وتتغير.
2- دورات المياه ريحتها سيئة جداً وفوق كذا الشباك تبع دورة المياه يطل على المطبخ.!!!! وحاطه صوابين وشامبوات منتهية مدتها من 2020 تاريخ الانتهاء وهذا خطر على المستأجرين والاطفال ! حسب اللوائح في وزارة التجارة عدم وجود اي مادة منتهية الصلاحية.!
3- اسلوب صاحبة الشاليه كان جداً رائع ومحترمه وذوق قبل الدفع بعد الدفع قلب اسلوبها.! وقالت ازعجتوني عشان قلنا لها التلفزيون مايشتغل والكهرباء طفت على الحي كامل بسبب العاصفة بلغناها ترفع طلب لشركة الكهرباء فقط وعصبت ورفضت واظهرت اسلوبها السيء، وفوقها كل شوي تزعجنا سكروا الفلتر سكروا مدري ايش نظفوا لا توسخون.؟ كان المستأجرين منها مايعرفون النظافه مثل ماهي متعوده على غرفهم..? سيء جداً جداً وكانت تقول الشاليه قريب من القصيم وحولكم لكنه بعيد جداً وماعندكم الا بقالة محطة وحدة، وهو في منطفة زراعية بحته.. لو الود ودي اقيمه صفر بدون اي نجمة..

3- The style of the owner of the chalet was very wonderful, respectful and tasteful. Before paying after paying, he turned her style! She said, “You bothered me because we told her the TV was not working, and the electricity flooded the entire neighborhood because of the storm. We reached a request to the electricity company only, and she became angry and refused, and showed her bad style, and above her every little thing bothered us.” The tenants of her did not know the cleanliness like what she is used to their rooms..? Very, very bad and she used to say the chalet is close to Al-Qassim and around you, but it is very far, and you only have a grocery station unit, and it is in a purely agricultural area..
