والنظافه لايعلى عليها
واجمل شي في الشاليه مساحة المسبح ونظافته ويوجد مسبح للصغار
ان شاء الله لنا تجربه مرات عده مع الشاليه
الله يجزاكم خير وشكرا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لايوجد قسم للرجال فقط غرفة مناسبة للسائقين، العامل مسؤول عن الاستراحة والمزرعة المجاورة والوصول له صعب جداً ونفسيته زففففففت.. الحمامات تحتاج الى صيانة.. بشكل عام لا أنصح بها.. الصور خدااااعة.
There is no men's section, only a suitable room for drivers. The worker is responsible for resting and the neighboring farm, and accessing him is very difficult, and his psychology is very difficult. The bathrooms need maintenance .. In general, I do not recommend them .. Pictures are deceptive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قسم الحريم مقبول ك حجم لكن كخدمات لا والله يحوم التسبد دورات مياه وصخة وريحتهن مدودة امما قسم الرجال فحدث ولا حرج ضييق ويحوم التسبد ودورات المياه ايضاً مدوده والمسبح مقبول وحسبي الله على الصور اللي يبي يستاجر لا يستاجر الا هو جي لمه ومناضره

?المساحات الخضراء والتشجير??: مناسبة جدًا، ويوجد مرشات ماء مناسبة للأجواء الصيفية ???️
?الحمامات -أجلكم الله-??: مساحتها ممتازة ويوجد مراحيض (كرسي وأرضي) لكنها متوسطة النظافة
✅ يوجد ملحق مشب، ودكة، وجلسات خارجية أرضية (سجادات ومساند) ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الإيجابيات: كبير، مسبحه ممتاز وبناء على طلبنا الماء نظيف وجديد، تشجيره جميل، فرشه الخارجي نظيف.
السلبيات: قديم، يفتقر للصيانة خاصة في دورات المياه والثلاجة والتكييف، نسبة كبيرة من مساحته ضائعة، ووسخ جدا الروائح السيئة في كل مكان حتى المطبخ، هو عبارة عن قسم واحد حقيقة القسم الثاني مهمل وصغير ولا يفتح على المسبح.
Pros: Large, excellent swimming pool, upon request, the water is clean and fresh, the trees are beautiful, the outside brushes are clean.
The negatives: old, lacks maintenance, especially in the toilets, refrigerator and air conditioning, a large percentage of its space is lost, and very dirty and bad smells everywhere, even the kitchen, it is one section, in fact the second section is neglected and small and does not open to the pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ استأجرنا الشاليه منذ عدة أشهر؛
المسبح مغلق كامل؛ الجلسة الخارجية وما فيها من مسطحات خضراء وأشجار راااااااائعة ولا يُعلى عليها لكن داخل الفيلا الرائحة كريهة "ذكرتني ببيوت الطائف" صاحب الشاليه رعاه ﷲ قليل من العناية بالنظافة "اجعل التنظيف بالتايد والكلوركس والمطهر الأسود يومياً" لأن الشاليه جميل وبهيج لكن ينقصه النظافة والرائحة العطرة، مثلاً دورة المياه والمغسله بجانب المسبح كانت لم تنظف منذ عدة أيام ورائحة الفيلا كريهة؛ لديك عامل إذا لديك القدرة على تنظيف الشاليه بصورة فائقة، استغرب من أصحاب الشاليهات وعدم مبالاتهم بنظافة أملاكهم لتبقى جيدة تستحق إعادة الإستجار.
