★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قد يكون الطبيب علاجه ناسب البعض وقد يكون ماناسب البعض، تجربتي كانت جدا جدا جدا سيئة.
ولدي عنده نوبات هلع وخوف وديته له كان عمره 14 الى 15 سنه
اعطى الولد حبوب نوع واحد للنوبات اللي صار معنا زادات النوبات بعد الحبوب لكن صار الولد يقدر ينام مو زي قبل العلاج، راجعته بعد شهرين واعطى الولد جرعه اقوى زودنا الجرعات زادت مع ولدي النوبات لدرجة اشوف بطنه ينقزززز من بعيدد ومايهدا الا بالقران، رجعت للدكتور خبرته قام استفز الولد قاله انت كل شي يسبب لك اضرار جانبيه وقام زود العلاج واعطاه نوع اخر مضاد اكتئاب يستخدمونه مرضى ثنائي القطب، تعب ولدي جدا من هذا العلاج وقفته فجأه وديت ولدي لطبيبة علاج معرفي سلوكي وماشاء الله خفت نوبات الهلع ايضا صارت اذا جاته يعرف كيف يتعامل معها ويسيطر عليها، الحمدلله من فضل ربي. الطبيب السلوكي طلب مني اعمل اختبار الشخيصه علشان يشوفوا اذا الدواء اللي اخذه الولد اثر ع صحة الولد او لا، الحمدلله الوضع احسن بكثير من قبل، ما انصح اطفال او مراهقين يتنالوا ادوية علاج نفسي الا اذا فشل معهم المعرفي السلوكي.

موظفات الاستقبال سيئين لأبعد درجة، ما فيه احترام للمراجعين ومحد يرد على الاتصالات، وما يعتذرون ابداً لمن احد فيهم يغلط، بالعكس تدخل في عينك. لازم ادارة العيادة تلفت نظرها على هذا الموضوع لانه الكل يشتكي. هذي عيادة نفسية يعني موظفات الاستقبال لازم يكونوا على اعلى احترافية. اضطريت اكنسل موعدي اليوم بسبب سوء تنظيم المواعيد وسوء تعامل الموظفات. ولن يكون لي زيارة اخرى لهذه العيادة.

Receptionists are soooooo bad!!
No respect, no good communication, no follow up, just ugly!
Appointments are not on time.
Too expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service, I visited Dr Hanan, she was perfect listened carefully to me, the session was about 20 minutes. The place is very clean and neat and the waiting time was about 7 minutes to meet the Dr.
I highly recommend anyone to visit.
