★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The strange thing is that after 6 laser sessions, the hair is still growing and continues to grow. I am just exposing my body to laser beams to no avail. Knowing that 10 years ago I did laser hair removal in other areas and so far those areas are still with no hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst laser I have ever received! I didn't want to continue the remaining 3 sessions and they refused to refund me. And then they intimidated me (the manager and 2 of the doctors) were saying that I am a liar and that there is probably a different cause because I was young and ignorant and they took advantage of that!!! I never went back nor got my refund!!! Stay away!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took 8 laser sessions with retouch.. In the first session it was amazing, almost 30 minutes.. and then the session time started to shrink to 7 minutes!!!!! I'm really really disappointed that the work is done EXTREMELY FAST and the specialists BARELY walk thru my whole skin. As for the retouch, some places would grow hair but they were still UNMARKED. It's almost 3 months now since I did 8 laser with retouch and all my body hair grew back like I nothing happened ? I chose this clinic for the Duetto machine but I'm so sad it went like that.
The reception staff are nice and the place is clean and quiet.
Would I buy new offers from here?
I wouldn't think so ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Y’dy I had my laser session for first time. The worst service i have received so far. I will never recommend to go to this place.If we are doing laser under any offer doesn’t mean the facilities and the treatment will be changed or less.when i asked for towel she said in the offer how come, that’s y it is offer next time bring your own towel. This response left me stunt and speechless.Now the work First They don’t mark the place because of which they miss so many places undone. For my full arm the beep i could hear only 3,4 times in a row. It left me astonished when they finished the session within 20 mins for full body. When i returned home n checked sooo many places were missing I felt like i wasted my money for vain.Hence i won’t suggest to waste money with such rude n unprofessional people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m writing this review after getting 5 laser sessions from here.
1. They DONOT mark the body parts so a lot of areas are missed
2. They complete the session so fast (again missing many areas). I literally had to tell the nurse many times that she missed my foot/fingers/elbow etc.
3. I got my sessions with 4 different nurses. Some of them were not good at all (no after instructions/missing a lot of areas) while some were great (esp a new nurse she is from Sudan i guess)
4. The retouch session is useless as well because they don’t even clearly mark all the areas.
5. After two months, almost 75-90% of my hair are back, esp on the areas which were always missed. (I know the total sessions need to be more than 5)
6. Would i go here for the remaining sessions? Definitely NOT.
Please if you’re spending so much money, be wise and take just one sessions to try before deciding. Don’t waste your money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the WORST laser clinic I’ve ever gone to. I’ve done laser in different clinic since I started laser , this is my recent one abs by far the WORST, the service, the ettiequte, professionalism, literally EVERYTHING! They make you feel that you are bothering them. They just want to go on each client , cover the listed client for today and that’s it! I’m a nurse and I know this is not how people from my Field should behave! NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Not worth the money and stress !

I was so satisfied with the quality of their equipment and products.The doctor was super friendly and reassuring.
