★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude laser treatment nurses . Will never visit again after my last treatment. 2 nurses will come with you in laser room . One nurse for one side of your body .they usually talk with each for the whole treatmint duration. I have never seen similar practice in other clinics

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.. no respect for their patients. Went twice on 2 occasions for an appointment and the Dr does not show up. Customer service does not follow up nor do they care to try and give you another appointment. I took the name of the medication/treatment i was doing there and going to another clinic to complete my treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used to be good only because they were always on time and I was willing to pay difference in money to be on time, service is okay you can find cheaper alternatives specially that they no longer respect time as they used to. Doctor is half an hour late. Whenever I have to see the doctor I am delayed minimum half an hour, but if it’s only the nurses then It’s on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally i like only Dr. Mai. She is polite and experienced. She is always on time and after my three sessions i am getting positive results regarding my skin problem. Above all she is caring about her patients that is only quality i didn't see before in any doctor here in skin clinics of Jeddah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted MORE THAN ONE HOUR to do my facial. I thought this was maybe a one day mistake. Then I had another appointment for another day and ended up waiting 30 minutes. I do not recommend this place. There are other places in Jeddah that offer the same treatments with the same prices and operate more professionally. I will not be coming back.
