★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عملت سحب عصب لاحد اسناني والطبيب الاستشاري والاستاذ بالجامعة د محمد الحربي واللي ياخذ ع السن الواحد مبلغ وقدره كسر الابرة وهوا يشتغل وقعدت اسبوعين اتألم الم مايعلم فيه الا الله كنت اخذ ٨ حبات بروفين و٣ حبات سلوبادين في اليوم الواحد ولاكان يخف الالم رجعت للدكتور قالي عادي الالم طبيعي رحت لدكتور ثاني صرف لي مضاد ومسكنات وقالي الدكتور اللي عملك العصب ماقالك انو الشغل ناقص لازم تكمليه قلت لا تخيلو بس سحب العصب لسن واحد ب ٢٠٠٠ ريال وخلاني اطلع بدون مايقولي كمليه وكملته وحشيته في عيادة ثانيه والحين ادور احد يخرج الابرة اللي كسرها الدكتور محمد الحربي كملت سنه حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل مادري ليه مطيرين الاسعار باختصار جده مليانه عيادات لاتسمحو لاحد ينصب عليكم

I said don’t imagine, but pull the nerve for one tooth for 2000 riyals, and he let me go out without saying how much and I completed it and brutalized it in a second clinic and when I turn someone to take out the needle that Dr. Muhammad Al-Harbi broke A year is over, God suffices me and He is the best agent. I don't know why the prices are raining. In short, his grandfather is full of clinics. Do not allow anyone to focus on you.

ترا ما جبتو راس غليس في طب الاسنان كلها من امريكا وعارفين انهم يدفوكم بالنجاح
فلا تجلس ترفع لي سعرك انا شغلي مدري ايش وعالمي وزي الكتاب ترا كلام فاضي عارفين شغلك يعتبر عادي زي غيرك
نرجو النظر بعين الرحمه لمن اتاكم لانه ابتلي فيكم اما البقيه فلا اعتقد سيأتون اليكم بعد هذه التعليقات السلبيه فوق

You see, you didn't get the head of Gillis in dentistry, all of them are from America, and you know that they bring you success
Do not sit around and raise your price to me. My job is to know what it is, and my world is like a book. You see empty talk. Do you know your work is considered normal like others?
Please look with mercy to those who came to you because they were afflicted with you. As for the rest, I don't think they will come to you after these negative comments above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ والله انه شغلهم عادي والمصيبة لما تجي متفائلة ومتأملة انهم دكاترة يدرسوا الأطباءفي الجامعة،والصدمة لما يجي شغلهم مع شغل تلاميذهم اللي في طب الأسنان ومع الأطباء السوريين أقل من عادي، حرام فيهم التقويم اللي دفعته ٢٠ الف،اذا كان هالمستوى من التقويم بالمقارنة مع عيادات أقل منهم سعر وبنفس مستوى كفاءتهم وأفضل منهم، على ايش الأسعار الخيالية؟! عشانهم دكاترة جامعة في طب الأسنان، الجودة والكفاءة أكبر من كلمة دكتور في الجامعة،والله اتكلم بحرقة وانا كل مااتذكر انه تقويمهم عادي رغم حرصي اقول في نفسي لابارك الله في فلوسهم ولايحسبوا انها ماهي حرام بهذا السعر تراه غبن للمريض واستغلال لحاجته،حطوا أسعار معقولة تناسب مستوى شغلكم،ماأقول الا حسبي الله وكفى.

Some of them have a price with the same level of efficiency and better than them. What are the imaginary prices?! Because they are university dentists in dentistry, the quality and efficiency is greater than the word of a doctor in the university, and I swear to God I speak with burning and all I remember is that their correction is normal despite my keenness to say to myself, God bless their money, and they do not think that it is not forbidden at this price. The level of your occupation, I only say God suffices me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ في يوم سبت ، الساعة ٣ ونص المسا، حصلت عندي حالة طارئة. ( دوام السبت ينتهي ٦ مساء )
اتصلت على رقم الجوال المسجل هنا والرقم الارضي الي مسجل عندي من اول ( دائما اتعامل مع هذه العيادة انا واولادي )
لكن لا يوجد رد ابدا.
تواصلت عن طريق الشات الموجود هنا في حساب خرائط قوقل، و جائني رد خلال دقيقة او اثنين على الاكثر. شرحت وضعي ثم اتصلوا عليا من العيادة و رتبوا لي موعد طاريء خلال ساعة
وصلت موعدي و تم الكشف وعمل الاشعة اللازمة و موعد متابعة.
و بعد ما انتهيت من الموعد بساعتين او ثلاث، جائني اتصال من رقم الجوال المسجل هنا و تسألني الموظفة عن الخدمة التي اريدها! و قلت لها انه تم خدمتي من ساعات !
قرأت اغلب التعليقات الموجودة هنا ، واغلبها سلبية، وانصافا في حق هذا المكان اردت ان اشارك تجربتي.
اجمالا التعامل مع الاطباء و مقدمي الخدمة مريح والنتايج ممتازة، لكن فعلا موضوع التأخر في الرد او عدم الرد على الهواتف، يحتاج يتحسن .
من تجربتي، لو لم يتم الرد علي من خلال الشات ، كنت ح اشعر بخيبة امل تجاه المكان لكن الحمدلله ما خاب ظني ?
فعلا - الناس تتذكر كيف جعلتها تشعر و ليس ما قدمته لهم. ( يعني حتى لو ما كان في امكانية اشوف طبيب في نفس اليوم و اعطوني موعد لليوم الثاني، كنت ح اكون راضية).
On Saturday, at 3:30 pm, I had an emergency. (Saturday work ends 6pm)
I called the mobile number registered here and the landline number that was registered with me from the beginning (I always deal with this clinic, me and my children)
But there is never a response.
I contacted via the chat found here in the Google Maps account, and I got a response within a minute or two at the most. I explained my situation and then they called me from the clinic and arranged an emergency appointment for me within an hour
I got my appointment, and the necessary x-rays were taken and a follow-up appointment was made.
And after I finished the appointment, two or three hours later, I received a call from the mobile number registered here, and the employee asked me about the service I wanted! And I told her that I was served for hours!
I read most of the comments here, and most of them are negative, and in fairness to this place, I wanted to share my experience.
In general, dealing with doctors and service providers is comfortable and the results are excellent, but in fact the issue of delays in responding or not answering the phones, needs to be improved.
From my experience, if I had not been answered through the chat, I would have been disappointed about the place, but thank God I was not disappointed ?
Really - people remember how you made her feel, not what you gave them. (I mean, even if it was not possible to see a doctor on the same day and they gave me an appointment for the second day, I would be satisfied).
